Hey: in oblivion, is there anything i find, like certain stones, or weapons, or w/e, that i should keep and not sell? I already sold all the painted troll fat without realizing that i could never have anymore of it. Is there anything else that is super difficult to get more of, and I will need? thanks.

Not really...Only things I adivse you dump in your house is
Anything Alchemical
Soulstones
Enchanted weapons (If you don't have the above)
Potions/Poisons
Weapons/Armours from the God Statues/Questlines. E.g Shadowhunt from Dark Brotherhood 🙂.

see, i don't have a house. and i maxed out the disposition of one count, and one countess, and did all their quests, and they still won't tell me about how to buy a house. So i'm stuck carrying everything right now. Is there something else i have to do to buy a house?

Go to the Imperial City, the Waterfront, theirs an abandoned Shack there you can buy it for 5k? I think? No prerequisites. Just go to the Imperial Commerce shop in the Market District. Should work.

K. i def. will. thanks matt.

Hang to at least one Daedric artifact, preferably the Wabbajack or Sanguine Rose. You need to give one up for the main quest.

Lucien, completed Oblivion?

For the second time. I've been playing Fallout for almost two weeks now.

The end of Oblivion you mean? Nah. I didn't expect it, but it wasn't really a shocker. Besides, after having gone through the whole Mage's Guild arc, I was used to that stuff.

And yeah, Fallout is always fun to beat.

Wasn't shocking I'll agree but with my character being stealth related I was out of my element there, lets say. The questlines were easy, hardest was the last of the thieves guild, took me ages to work that out.

It was so goddamn long.

Thats what my girl said to her friend 😉. No the level was long, and a little confusing, I still have the boots though 😉

Oblivion has TERRIBLE pathfinding. Just saying. I'm sick of trying to run up a hill, and just kinda standing there in place. They fixed a lot of that by the time they made Fallout3.

Yea, I hated how your character just kind of gets owned by rocks. One of these days they are going to have a ****ing RPG where you can climb up shit while crossing terrain. Like literally climb. Kinda like in Operation Anchorage for Fallout 3, when your holographic squad mate climbs up a ****ing cliff.

If you really wanna piss yourself off, go and climb Dive Rock.

lol, i haven't found it yet,but i'm sure i will. Though i've started thinking I need to quit it for now, School starts monday, and i absolutely CANNOT be spending all of my freetime on a video game.

Just reading my copy of Halo Evolutions depressingly, Mrs. Karen "I like Mando's anally" Traviss is writing about the Halo universe as well, my life is over 🙁.

what matt said, and it isn't just the disposition, but fame. You get fame by completing light side quests and infamy by completing dark side quests. The best house? Rose-thorn hall.

Things you should keep:
I always used a ranged weapon and a 1hand combat weapon (sword and bow, for example) for taking out enemies that it was inconvenient to reach otherwise or ones that do massive damage if they get close to you. Use the hotkey system.

Multiple sets of armor sometimes. Different missions require different prep. going to oblivion? Bring some fire resistant stuff.

always have ample health potions because you don't know how long your mana lasts, even if you have restoration.

I don't know how you play, but my characters were always a triangle of marksman, blade, and destruction/restoration, and I leveled other skills as I needed them. Dunmer are best for this.

Versatile armor you get at a low level if you are a "light armor class": start dark brotherhood, and go until you get the armor.

MOD YOUR GAME. If you are playing on the PC, this makes your experience about 80x better.
