Battlestar Galaticia was a good show... until it became shit. The religion aspect really got on my nerves after awhile.

Here we have a bunch of spacefaring humans that worship the ancient Greek gods and then a race of AI's that represent the shining light of Mormonismmonotheism.

It made more sense when I discovered the original creator was LDS.

Also, I might be stealing an idea from the Comic Vs. in order to allow some entertainment amongst yourselves. The mod staff over there have been allowing for one thread with a comic book character versus... well, something else.

I propose that we do the same here, to stir up some discussion. Wouldn't be too bad, I think, and I'm sure you could all agree on which topic you want discussed week after week.
