I've never heard of that before, not a student hearing anyways. If crazy shit happened at my school, the police would get involved, but otherwise there is no set code of conduct besides following the law.

My campus has its own police department and they caught me horribly intoxicated within their jurisdiction. I was found in the bushes and they thought I'd been hit by a car; I very quickly informed them that I was drunk and simply couldn't walk correctly.

Good times. I'm much happier that I got in trouble with my school than with the actual law. Consequences are ineffectual for this violation as opposed to getting a Drunk In Public on my record or paying fines out the wazoo.

A night in the holding cell would have done you right.
