She had humility though. I found that a redeeming quality. Unlike Carth who's whiny trust issues were only cured when he realized that no one was on his side.

She had character, she developed from an arrogant student to realizing it and changing into someone more mature. Unless you've never talked to her in the first place.

You know who else was arrogant and big mouthed? Han Solo, the most popular character in the saga.

You preferred her to Bastila?

She's better looking imo.

VS

Plus she's like Tali 1.0 and Tali is awesexy.

Tali is in a whole different league than Mission.

Agreed, but Mission gets props for being ProtoTali imo.

Bastilla looks better, but I found the developers' handling of her "importance to the Republic" to be heavy handed and obnoxious. Essentially, her informed abilities didn't mesh well with her character after the first conversation on Taris.

Mission seemed more genuine, at least to me. (Carth, of course, retains the title of most obnoxious, followed closely by Kaiden Alenko.) I'm not sure if I agree that she was the proto-Tali; Tali triggers much different responses for me. Mission needs to be protected, but Tali is a grown up with an agenda of her own.

Who the f*ck is Tali?

Google is your friend.

Mass Effect. Ah.

Tali's so ****ing awesome. I hope she's a love interest for FemShep in the next game. They were going to make her one in ME2 but Bioware pussied out. But you can find it still in the voice files.

YouTube video

7.30. Also you can check her computer or something and she'll have looked up Qaurian/Human sexual practices regardless of gender.

I don't get why they pussied out either. Gender is alot less important than species imo.

*Ships like crazy*

Han Solo's one of the least intresting characters in the mythos to me, right below Luke and Leia on the scale of least interesting.

Agreed. It seems like most characters from the movies had a hard time transitioning to in the EU. Palpatine excepted.

What is an ad hominem attack?

stfu.

"...the fallacious belief that introducing an impressive-sounding Latin term somehow gives one the decisive edge in an argument."

I really hope there's a Latin term for doing that. I've seen it done so often.

Hell, I've done that so often.

The only thing worse than seeing this in action is remembering how smug I was after using it myself.

LOOK AT ME! I CAN COPYPASTE LATIN FROM THE WIKI!

I'm very proud of your abilities, Zampano. I always have been.

REX? The man whom we thought was now merely the stuff of legends?!
