I like our government best that way anyway, with the Prez being one party, and the two houses being split parties. they kinda counteract each other that way.

I very much liked the movie, upon second viewing. I even managed to enjoy Revenge of the Fallen this time around, although for continuity's sake I will pretend it didn't happen when watching Dark of the Moon.

Those chords at 2:47 are my second favorite part. After regular :47, which I think is my new favorite anything.

That score was phenomenal. I enjoyed the plot of part 2 which was REALLY ruined by the dialogue and the token black robots. I hope Michael Bay didn't use the same writer.

When you have Optimus Prime holding a sword, there's really no call for comic relief.

Also, despite the h8 the movies get for being [product placement, military recruiting videos, blurry CGI (which I don't believe)] they are the least-campy and most-competent vehicle for the Transformers franchise that I know about. Camp is all well and good, if there's more than meets the eye.
