Kai's ears perked up as his body did "More interesting?" he asked "Thats... not evven close to the truth. You, Crow, are an amazing creature." he said and yawned.
"Oh, of course I am," she scoffed sarcastically, obviously not believing that it was possible for him to think that. She watched him walk off, and followed shortly thereafter. She didn't really have anything better to do. He probably wouldn't want her, but since when did anyone's wants other than her own matter? She watched the skirmishes from outside the den, her golden gaze flickering over every movement with little to no interest. Though no one would ever want it, her opinion was that Raith was a bad father for leaving and that the children were too accepting of a father that would simply disappear like that. Kage was the only one showing any promise in that area, and it was short-lived.
"I think that every creature needs entertainment, and, seeing as I cannot kill for mine right now, family skirmishes will have to do. As much as I hate you Kai, you are quite entertaining in your own way. I would actually prefer it if you would stop thinking about me, because you are only going to confuse yourself and make yourself believe lies." She did not move, staring blankly into the warmth den from the harsh reality of the cold outside. None of them knew the world the way she did. They were all ignorant, every last one.
Kai smiled "Well then.... let me tell you what i understand... and do not say i dont... I have accepted the fact that you hate me, and almost everything else. I understand that you think im an idiot for taking of a wolf that says she doesnt need help... i also understand you enjoy pain and suffering from others... But.. Crow, i have told you what i will do as soon as you are better. I have places i would like to travel... not be mauled to death by an insane canine" he explained to her and smirked as he walked back into the forest.
"I will not get myself killed, Kai. I have eaten and I have rested. I may not be back to perfect health yet, but I will be soon." She turned to look at him over her shoulder. "You are wrong again, Kai. They do need you; they just don't know it. And I have everything I will ever need rather than the nothing that you think I have. I have myself and what is inside me. That is all that matters."
