I'm not sure if this is accurate or not because it didn't happen, but I would think that any reason at all to suspect that someone was involved would be enough to detain them. That would include celebratory posts on the Internet.

I think you’re missing the point of this thread.
I was just wondering how many people would actually be GLAD to see the president dead. I know a lot of people don’t like his policies, myself included, but I certainly would not be happy if he was assassinated. Some people would throw parties and whatnot, but I think that’s pretty ignorant. I certainly would’nt want someone to kill the president and I most certainly wouldn’t kill ANYONE, let alone the president! That’s ridiculous.
