Nope. The Hulk's durability and stamina increase along with his strength. The Hulk can go on indefinitely when the adrenaline starts flowing. He won't stop until he's accomplished what he set out to do. Now, since Juggernaut can't be beaten physically, they will just keep fighting until one of them gets bored or smart. I'm sure Juggernaut must get sick of being smacked around by an enraged Savage/Mindless Hulk.

Based on his strength feats, I wouldn't put it out of the relm of possibility for him to do those kinds of things. I never said that Post crisis Superman has done that stuff, just that he conceivably has the strength to based on his other strength feats.
