not that, and yes beat did say something, in agent of sheild, beast tells how he froze up in the battle against wolverine, like he was one of the younger members or something.

Spidey IS street-level. Give me one shred of proof that he isn't.

Do you even know what street level means ?

I don't know if he does, but I sure as hell don't.

Like, I mean, I get the basic definition "Without INCREDIBLE powers," but where exactly does street level stop? 60 miles an hour running? class 10 strength? Class 20? What level of invulnerability? Et cetera.

Wolverine said going into a berserker rage was a one time only thing before he know X was a telepath. He figured that he won because X was momentarily surprised by the change in his demeanor and fighting habits and it allowed him to capitalize for a one time only win. However he then he figured out that X was a reading his thoughts and that was the only reason X was able to pose a threat to Wolverine and since he can't read his thoughts in while in Berserker Rage it is a strategy that would work over and over again.

No it was at the end.

This is what Wolverine said at the end:

Hated Havin' T' Do That -

Purposely Lettin' Myself Go Like I Did...But X Left Me Little Choice.

Worst Part Is, This Was A One Trick Pony An' I Know It.

Street level mean a hero (or villian) has no disernable powers and fight with just his (or her) hard earned skill.

think Batman, Nightwing, Daerdevil, Hawkeye, Shang Shi, Lady Shiva, Captian America, Mockingbird, Robin, Green Arrow, Punisher, Ronan, Batgirl. Taskmaster and various others

So do we have a new catergory now???? Street-Mutant??
im confused

Define "powers," I would argue that Daredevil has powers, as does Cassie.

Regardless, I've heard of many people being called street level before, that had powers. Logan included. Spiderman included. I always thought street level was a gauge of a persons power kind of like:

Street Level
Global Level
Cosmic Level

Or something along those lines. Meaning some of the non-omnipotent mutants (Wolverine and his ilk) and superheros like spiderman may be street level, while someone like, Professor X would be global level. And the surfer is cosmic.

But I suppose I am wrong. It's not like anyone ever put down rigid definitions for these things, is it?

thats the way i always saw it

While i wouldent classify hulk as entirely street level, thiers a general understanding that Spiderman is around street level, along with wolverine, meaning, should the sentry or DR strange roll up, the latter would be incapable of dealing with them in combat. and i guess theirs tiers of street level withinn the category. And yes, i agree, DD kinda does have powers, after all, hes BLIND

Well, I didn't mean blindness being a power, but he has enhanced senses and enhanced reflexes, for sure. And his 'radar' sense.

Unless you meant "He's blind - he would have to have powers to do what he does,' in which case. Yeah. :-)

EDIT: Oh, and I didn't classify the Hulk as street level, the only thing I can think of is you misinterpretted "His ilk" as "The hulk" which are entirely different. I would put the Hulk as a "Globabl level," as he is indeed a global threat at times.

And there is definitely tiers of strength within each level, Spiderman and Wolverine would definitely be high Street level, whereas the more human people would be considerably lower. Captain America is a bit of an anomaly, as he is only human in every way, but can compete with some of the top street-levellers at the same time.

The Jokers global, otherwise I'd say he'd take Wolverine.

Cable could take Wolverine with just a spear.

So he puts up a great fight and hurts savage hulk only to loose to cable. Man, how inconsistent is that

Yes that is the Death Wolverine.😄

Cable could take Hulk too. 😐
