I have read a couple of superman comics when i was younger but i believe Superman and Goku would be a kickass battle with neither side having a clear advantage, my reaction was mostly to the title and multiple people supporting the stupid claim. I find it sad that i was instandtly labeled as a fanboy just because i dissagreed with you guys on supes instandly owning Goku

Your picture proves nothing its clear that a superman fanboy made it because if he was neutral he would have chosen better feats from the Z-warriors instead of what he did for instance Goku was weaker than Kid Buu hence he was at a dissadvantage and its even stated that he held back to give Vegeta a shot so your punching theory is out the window and even your weight lifting theory is out the window SSJ increases the warriors power by x50 and its stated by Akira that the multipliers are even higher for the other transformations
I do believe that a SSJ3 Goku or even 2 against Post Crisis Supes, the one who fought beings like the General, General Zod and other top tiers will have a hard time.
First off, Goku in DBZ has proven he has high durability, see being hit by energy blasts with enough raw power to destroy cities and make the world shake on a worldwide scale.Also his punches in the battle with Kid Buu were shaking the Kaioshin planet and the Earth as well, so their shockwaves traveled on interdimensional level, Kal El will feel Gokus hits, same for his blasts.Not to mention his impressive fighting skills.Supes could match strength and physical durability but he'll have a big problem messing with someone who can fight no stop for days like a sayan can, and don't forget that while Namecc was going to explode a normal SSJ Goku fought Freezer while lightnings and lava explosions were ripping apart everything, so in proportion, from Namecc Saga to the end of DBZ we got a good issue for Supes.Only a smart move like Heat Vision full force on the neck in a beheading manouver and constantly high speed fight will grant Kal El victory.Spirit Bomb is outta question for Goku, but a good kamehameha blasted on Supes will shurely change the odd.It depends on who cut loose first, and both opponent usually hold back to check out which way goes up the other's power, maybe Goku, who has been outsmarted on various occasions will be tricked by Supes, or he'll just sunbath and comeback to Earth too powerful for the japanese char.

I love the DBZ sides arguing technique, anytime someone brings up a Superman feat they don't like they say it doesn't count.
Still on the plus side I've seen Naruto fans invading DBZ boards. Now that get a taste of they're own medicine.
