I don't remember seeing flashes collide in the manga because the fights are much more detailed than us just seeing flashes. If it didn't happen in the manga, it doesn't count in this debate. 😎
I loved GT & I don't think it was that bad, the characters just shouldn't have become so weak & useless. GT stood for "Goku Time" more than "Grand Tour". Goten should've become a main character. And the movies actually turned out better than GT which is why i want them to make more movies. If their profits begin to decrease I can assure you that we'll end up getting even more DBZ movies.
Yeah, I would've rather had Goten, Gohan & Vegeta be the ones to go on the ship or at least Gohan & Uub. As for the main villains, they turned out great in my opinion. I loved Bebi Vegeta & Super 17 but I feel that more could've been done with both. The sagas should've been much longer, especially the Super 17 saga. Also, I have to believe that maybe, just maybe, Vegeta was stronger than Goku after becoming a Super Saiyan 4. It's possible.
Uub should have been the hero as much as I don't like him. Gokou trained him to look after Earth. Gohan wasn't much of a fighter so I don't think he should have. Also I highly doubt Vegeta was stronger than Gokou. The young ones should have been the heroes for once. That would be cool. Goten, Trunks, and Uub. Also I think Goten and Trunks should have been able to go SSJ2 and should have fused.
After he gained his mystic form, Gohan seemed like he was more into fighting as he stated in the manga he would've liked to have entered the tournament but I believe Videl wouldn't allow him to do so. Also, it's highly possible that SSJ4 Vegeta>SSJ4 Goku as it's never truly stated who was stronger in the SSJ4 form. And I don't believe just the young ones should've been the heroes in GT, Gohan should've taken up Goku's mantle as Gohan was the strongest throughout the entire universe because of his mystic form.
What? Gohan only toyed around with ONE enemy: Cell. Gohan would've finished Super Buu off if he didn't run & hide out of fear because Gohan was so strong. Look at Goku, he gives EVERYONE second chances. Also, Gohan is a better character than Uub so if anyone deserved to be truly recognized in GT it's Gohan.
