Superman didn't even nearly die from that blast that wiped out everything around for miles if I recall. And that was years ago. How many times are you going to use that. That's like using Gokou barley able to dent a car when he first used the Kamehameha. Both Gokou and Superman have gotten stronger. Gokou growing up and Superman as time passes in general. Nobody but Buu has ever outright destroyed a planet in canon and Buu >> Gokou anyways. Just because Buu can do it doesn't mean Gokou can. Superman has taken a lot more than that.
