Well technically he does move at light speeds as in plural... But seriously, Ki is just given off as photonic energy. Photonic energy when focused as a beam doesn't move at light speeds in fictional mediums... other wise when we see the ki traveling... yeah .. that argument is ridiculous...

Please, Goku was dodging and slapping away Freeza's death Beam which is a laser, which is light!!!

Ki IS LIGHT except it and move on please, it is staed in the canon.

The point is that as powerful as the DBZ characters are they don't have that high of showing with physical strength.

Besides DBZ was about ki not physical strength. I think the only other strength showing is when they are barley tapping the punching machine and getting in the hundreds during the Buu saga but I can't remember if that was manga or anime only.

so what if it is light energy, no where does it state it moves at light speed.

Even if Supes was turned into a cookie he'd still have the same strength and speed. Vegetto didn't loose any power at all.

Ki is not the same as their physical being. Things putting off light are not the same as light themselves. Fact.

I think it would take less than a ton to do any type of damage to it since Vegeta was able to demolish it at base levels I just can't really think of anything else that had to do with physical strength besides gravity rooms that only Gokou, Vegeta, and Chibi Trunks are shown in that I remember..

Goku senses Yakon by the movement of air currents his displacement creates. If they were moving at even a small fraction of a percent of lightspeed, that would be useless since the air would not keep up with them.

Not to mention normal humans can see and track ki blasts in DBZ.

Futhermore, ki does not behave like light, its properties are completely different from any form of electromagnetic radiation.

Well the anime had pushing a hill apart... but that was filler...

I never seen them punch through steel..Actually I don't really remember Jubilee doing much of anything. I need to watch the series again..to bad I don't know where to get it.

It was during the Kid Buu fight, in a huge filler scene they inserted where he fought him at SSJ2 for no reason before powering up to SSJ3.

I'd like to see the evidence that this is an "error". Mr. Popo said the same thing when training with Goku (thus debunking the lightning speed claim). Not to mention that page used the exact same translation as the scans you posted.

And ki is clearly not light, because it does not have the properties of light.

I can call a rock a tree, but that doesn't make it one.

Notice that whenever someone posts a scan from the DBZ manga to counteract Phenomen-LOL's claims, it's always an "error" or an "incorrect translation", but all of his scans are 100% authentic and correct.

in fact the fact that it gives off light kinda shows it isn't light speed. If anyone can see it in the slightest.. its not light speed.
