Do you even know the energies required? That's a completely unsubstantiated statement unless you can quantify exactly how much stronger he's gotten. The difference between a planet and a solar system is huge, and there's the inverse - square law to consider.
Oh, and about Superman's speed:He is able to BUILD UP his flight speed to exceed the speed of light. He doesn't do this in either short distances of is able to fight at such speeds (yet still very fast).
Fighting Wonder Woman in Sacrifice. Fighting Darkseid to the sun. Fighting Superboy Prime through Rao.
Goku however doesn't have this problem. He can fly and fight in distances in speeds greater than light,with no problem of having to build up these speeds.
No one in DBZ is even 1% lightspeed.
Also, I found a scan that proves saiyans can breath in space.Go to Google Images and type down "Bardock Manga". Click and read the first image.
NOTE: Bardock is Goku's father.
That just shows a picture of him. How does that prove he can breathe in space? Goku stated multiple times (and many other characters did as well) that he can't breathe in space. It was a major plot point in the Frieza saga.

Goku as a kid could dodge bullets. (picture below) So at this point he could move faster then 340m/s. This is when he met Krillin. At the first tournament Krillin could follow Goku. At the second Krillin couldn't see him move so he had to be at lease 60x faster. Now tein was at one of those one and he could follow Goku movements. So if goku could turn ssj3 when he got to namic he would be 50x50x50 = 125000x faster then light. You can just Imagine how fast he would be when he is fighting frezia or even cell. People have also said that Superman heat vision would hurt Goku... But his heat vision is just a laser.. Goku can move faster then light so how can it hit him?
