Ok, Here is a video of goku first not even supersaiyan then later on when he is ssj for the first time he dodges freezas faster than light speed blasts that no one could see before when he first came in perfect blast even by their standards. As shown in many of his comics when he was measuring speed he starts saying different numbers after awhile of gaining more speed,so it's not that he blinks and he is sol..other speed feets is supes getting charged by the sun where he gets his power, so if this fight was just on earth without supe sleaving the planet he is done.
Oh, someone used examples from like 3 different versions of supes and yet don't want the dbz side to use goku in the movies, I wonder why 🙄 Oh, is it because he is fighting in Instantaneous movement? and Superman couldn't keep up with that close combat speed ? Of course it is.

Blasts in outer space moving at incredible speeds are a continuity error. If the blasts moved at their actual speed, then we would just be watching Piccolo's blast heading towards the moon for a couple of episodes.
