superman is flying fast, but its the same situation as when the thing fought hulk. hulk RUNS faster than thing, but thing is bette in close fighting. the same goes for this. you can see superman when fighting, but you cant see goku cause he is that fast. gotenks flys aroung the earth about 10 times in one second

Ignore my last post about it taking light taking 89 minutes to go a trillion miles, seems like I made a error. According to answers.com it takes a whole year for light to travel over 5 trillion miles, Pre-Crisis Superboy was going millions of light years in seconds.

Within the anime it's not that fast and in the manga we're given no time frame. Only that after doing that and taking a nap half an hour was up. He could well of taken 10 minutes to do it.

Did it say how long it took him to go around the world a few dozen times? Because he could have gone around the world a 100 times but if he did in like 1 minute he’d still be slower than the speed of light.
