Firstly the galaxy destroying was filler and thus non canon. Assuming this is in the Supreme Kai's flash back it was clearly shown that Buu destroyed one planet at a time, was sealed in his ball and taken to the next one. Unless I'm mistaken that's the only intance of Buu destroying a galaxy. Unless Kid Buu did something in the anime I've forgotten.

And goku beat buu so he is even more powerful than that, also he gets even more powerfull in GT.

He only Kamikaze to kill goku the planet just happened to go with it, also you have to kill yourself for it to be a Kamikaze he didn't get hurt from blowing himself up.
You don't see him blowing up the planets but he does it very quickly which leads to the point of effortlessness, also when Goku leads him away he isn't even tired upon arrival which again leads to the assumption that blowing up all them planets was rather easy.

Note that both times cell was hit by planet busters he was seriously injured.
Besides that Goku's endurance isn't all that. He frequently is hurt by low class 100 physical blows. Superman's is fully capable of knocking him out with a single blow.

There are lots of differences between the anime and the manga....One of them being how long it takes the power up, and just how strong they are. Translations, etc.

You can't prove something like Goku's Ki being able to hurt superman because we aren't the creators of either character. You just have to assume because Superman can be hurt by magic then he can be hurt by ki, and if I saw someone shoot blue energy out of there hands and blow shit up I'd call it magic so Ki classifies as magic....to me anyways.
As for it being strong enough it really doesn't have to be, he can hit him multiple times and weaken him then finish him off.
