Superman's personality always makes him lose to Bats, he always is holding back (actually he holds back even when fighting enemies usually, let alone if he was fighting a friend) Realistically, he could super speed to Bats then crush Batman's skull into mush faster then Bruce could even think think to stop him.

Realistically, Superman could move/fly in and crush Batman like a tin can before Batman can even think of countering it.

And that is fact. Besides that, we have Supes personality, which would never allow him to kill Bats.
