Well, if we're assuming that, than you are 100% correct.
Supes would crush Batman in a fight. Sorry to the Bats fans, but that's how it goes. 😬

But however you see it .. . . . we do have to count his personality. Its in the forum-rules. Bloodlusted and fighting to best, but most heros' 'best' doesn't involve killing, it involved not killing. And that includes Batman.
