The entire scripture is "Spiritually Discerned". Anyone who is not "Born Again" by accepting the free gift of Jesus sacrifice for them would have an "Impossible Time" understanding and interpreting God's Word.

"Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed..."

1 Corinthians 12:3

If you cannot be open minded enough to address questions they have then there is no way you will ever be compelling to them. Your response wasn't an answer to the statement, it was saying that if they have your views then they cannot see how it is, and probably never will. My statement is not referring to Christ being "accursed".

Questions

1) Once a person has the Holy Spirit, that person is born-again?

2) Once this occurs, can a person lose the Holy Spirit?

3) Will the Holy spirit allow a person to go astray, once a person has the Holy Spirit?

#1. Yes > "He who has the spirit of God, these are the sons of God."

#2. This is debatable among Christians, I think the bible leaves us in the caution area regarding this question.

#3. Yes > We still have free will. "Walk in the spirit and you will not fullfill the lusts of the flesh."

🙂

Given these answers, on numerous occasions, on this forum and on others I have had the Holy Spirit with me in my posts. I doubt that, given the frequency that I have evidence that it was with me, that it has ever left me. You, to me seem to question this frequently.

So basically the Bible is beyond UNDERSTANDING for us heathens because we are not "Born Again"? Way to go to kill any potential debate on the subject matter.
That also means that Catholics go to hell...........Hmmmm

Cause they are not born or the spirit.

The bible teaches that we can "Quench" the Holy Spirit in us. Just like taking a bucket of water when we put out a campfire.

Blind acceptance to satisfy the lust of the spirit? just another point of view.

Lusting after the spirit is a sin...........

Isn't that what religion attempts to satisfy? spiritual lust?

Yes yes......by submitting to the bed of the church and taking in the holy spirit......But ONLY in how the church prescribes it....

Soooo all those tithing church goers are lusting and pastors are the whores taking the pay....

You have blind faith.

Is the world going to end soon? I bet you believe in that lie.

I was once a Christian, however, I learned too much and saw all of the lies.

I will tell you some.

1. Do women have the right to speak in Church?
2. Should women cover their heads at all times?
3. Should men never shave their beards?

That is a start. Because you have blind faith you cannot see the truth.

Sometimes, we look at the truth and are disgusted by it. Lucky for us, we as humand have the ultimate power to change it.

And you are sure you haven't quenched it? The devil can quote scripture as well, and it seems you have done little but quote scripture.

See you said it again.........."Ultimate Power"...........we are creaters....see?? 😎

only in the raw humanistic sense...

You like throwing that word "raw" around now don't you.........raw human power, raw human power.....But it's too late, in the other thread, you said "Invisible"......

I also corrected myself. 😄

and raw is good

Like the Raw invisible Intelligence......

Are you still in the faith Regret? I find that comment unusual from someone like yourself. What did Jesus quote satan when He was being tempted?
