I've been wondering about the draft. Will both teammates get to draft their "personal" characters in the first round and then draft the "community" character in the second? Or will there be a total of three rounds and one teammates has to wait for the second round to pick the character they want to debate for?

You have to specify if it's the 'play-all' character or an individual one. Example: We pick Surfer (don't pick him, he's banned) and he's leo's character. Or 'Our team picks Iron Man, and he'll be our general debate character'.
Also provide a valid bio or the pick won't be counted (and others can steal your pick). Use the character info thread pinned in the comic forum for good bio sites.

Here's what we can do.
I'm fine by Genis and Zemo being banned.
If you look at 99% of all Surfer fights and/or Majestic fights, they're moving at (relatively) normal speeds. These showings are so much greater than the "Flash-like" reflexes we've seen once or twice that I think we can safely assume that this is how they operate....and also how we can assume they'll operate for the purposes of the match.
Other than the one showing, Majestic is basically Superman, give or take a little in a few areas. Same with Surfer. I'd like to unban them, and ignore the "Flash" speed showings, using instead the rest of their canon as grounds for the tourney.
Just throwing my 2 cents if anyone cares: Silver Surfer is gonna be the first person a lot of people are gonna be gunning for. In almost 99% of his matches the god almighty speed blitz is given as an excuse for him to win. If it werent for the fact that everyone seems to think he can just sqaush everyone with it, his powerset would be just like the last one (ie Ironman level tourny turned into Silver Surfer level tourny). Other than his questionable speed, hes good. But whoever has him is gonna use that speed. I think banning him would be ok. Just my two cents.
On a side note are we allowing Superman and his PIS tv recording named reality powers?

I agree with you on Surfer. If you look at most Surfer threads in the forum, most of them will have some mention of a 300x lightspeed speedblitz.

His travel speed is obviously over light, but how many times has he actually gone Flash in a fight with someone? Or used the speedblitz? Who's to say he'd even hit someone...flying to another galaxy is much different than, say, trying to hit Gladiator at the speed of light when he can't react to changes in direction well.
