I think you just needed a way to get your point across to the other team like maybe a huge banner or something like that.

okay, so if the characters have met in a book at some point, they have all that knowledge of the other character, but if they are strangers, all they know is the name of their opponent? if they met in xovers does that count?

I always just assumed they received some basic knowledge about their opponents like they do for normal fights, like Martian Manhunter has telepathy (since it's his most well-known power) or Superman is weak against kryptonite.

that's not what it sounds like accl. sounds like JUST names unless characters have met. could ss tell max all about morg though? i assume so, but i'm just making sure.

see? this gets confusing....I say just let them know they are going to fight SOMEBODY, and leave it at that 😬

who knows who and blah blah blah is gonna make questions and some answers are only gonna lead to more questions 😬

Also, to leo and Kahn, you boys would have been able to have 1 master strategy involving all 3 characters that doesn't count toward your 9-post limit. As it is, you PM'd me stuff seperately and it's confusing as hell (both of you have at least 3 versions). I'll post something for you, but it might not be everything....I apologize, but given the confusion, I think the fact that I'm posting anything for you should be commended.

Gimme a few minutes and matches will be going up.

i asked you if we could have one combined prep plan and you said even in prep we could only speak for our own characters . . . 😕

we HAD one plan, but editted it and broke it up. believe me, it sucked for US too.

meh, whatever. so long as most of it gets put up. we'll clarify what needs clarifying as we go along.

Oh sweet crapness.... the pre-battle PM was supposed to be a single joint effort from each team which accounted for all three characters... regardless of who actually PMd it in

By prep I meant when discussing what your character do with theri 15 minutes of prep. I wasn't talking about the actual 'prep strategy' for the battle.

Just a huge misunderstanding. My apologies.

If you make it past this round at least you'll know and can use it for your future matches.

I contacted Val about judging this week again since we were 1 short. 3 of our 4 teams this week have Corps members, so it's not even an issue in 1 match, and we can trust Val to be unbiased anyway.

I had tried to keep the Corps from judging this week...but I just ended up 1 person short. Hopefully nobody minds, as it is highly unlikely to come down to 1 particular judge anyway.

Oh, I trust him completely...✅

...I believe the bank transaction has already arrived, Val? 😈

I can't really say all of this was required DC but I appreciate it.
