After reading all of this (and getting home from work) I feel that the daximites should not be banned. It was cunning play by NJ and BW to omit the Daximites from the independent construct ruling a, an omission any other tourney fighter would have taken advantage of if they had the chance. That no one thought to question weather the constructs could be more than mindless bricks is not their fault and the constructs still fit tournament limits. They are not unbeatable and even with half a team Khell still made me think that he might win the fight. I was a judge that match and trust me it was a difficult decision. Thats the way i see it.

-- nj and bw are merely ASSUMING kyle can repeat the feat and apparently do so without any ramifications on his psyche or without releasing oblivion. why assuming? because . . . they have produced ZERO evidence (evidence nj, not OPINION, not your little DEDUCTIONS -- actual EVIDENCE) to indicate that he CAN do it.
-- and the ring can do anything. heheh. let's NOT forget that little tidbit. 😉
so they don't need evidence that they can call up 5 gl's -- and khell is right, they were VERY experienced and STRONG gls in circle of fire, btw -- but meh, fine.
a final question, mostly rhetorical: the whole thing started with shaman being able to pull shit out of his bag, correct? people started going ballistic when they learned that shaman could possibly pull a copy of . . . ALPHA FLIGHT from his bag!! 😆 now, imagine that instead of AF he was able to pull out 5 superman green lanterns. anyone think THAT power would have made it through . . .?

anyway, congrats on skating, as it appears you will. for our part it was worth a shot. and no, i am ABSOLUTELY not mad at you guys or po'd at anyone who disagreed or anything. a little dumbfounded, maybe, but that's it. and why in all the blue hells would we be afraid of you guys? 😑 good grief. you sound like mr master. 🙄
