I didn't find the film as funny as I thought it was going to be. I think it's because everyone was saying how amazing it was so I was expecting it to be side splittingly funny, but I didn't think it was. I think it's also because I'd seen most of the funny parts before I saw the film so they weren't as funny the second time round. If I hadn't have seen them (for example, when he says about how people would go crazy for the two women but not the other one, and when he's with the feminisits and refers to one of them as a man to himself) beforehand I think I would have found them hilarious when I saw it as a whole.

I'd give it 7/10 I think.

I was actually really let down by this movie.

i agree. the t.v show was much better, considering the movie was just 90 minutes of the t.v show with added filler for a story

What's this? People on this thread going on about the Borat movie not being good?

Funny, I got nailed to the cross for even suggesting that it doesn't look good before it came out...and people were all over me for it.

For the record, I did mention that I think it's smart comedy, but I said the actual funny factor had gone down from the show, partly because I thought it was more shock humour now, and also because it was just resorting to being mean and rude at parts to get a laugh.

To be precise, I don't doubt it's funny (as in it makes people laugh...but then again...so does South Park), but as I first said, I think it's junk compared to the brilliance of his TV shows where the humour was much sharper and not as shock driven.

I finally saw the DVD..... 😂 😆 😱 he shit in a bag, and brought it to the dinner table!!!! 😂

Sure, not all people find 'im funny, but there's no denying the acting.
