Thanks...I added more stuff to the post...I seriously dont get how thats truely limiting him in power, and clever use of him...but I disgress and wont mention it again.....unless some wise director feels that a poor smalltown boy might just be right, the only true lone voice in a crowd of dissenters and chaos makers......😄

Ok this is my two cents on the Shaman deal.
I can't qoute it because it makes my post to long so this is on Grey Fox's List. That list isn't very fair Fox why because I can post a listof all powers on any character so far all and they would each havea little nitpiking ability that puts them out.
Anyway most of those powers aren't even rule breaking and that many characters in this tourny can do them or do something else that Shaman can not do. Shaman is very legal in this tourny because Loki is the max level given by the rules and Shaman does not break those limits. He doesn't show anything to put him above Loki. Listen he can summon a few constructs to aid him Loki can make dragons out of clouds which Shaman is under in terms of power. Most of those powers though can be dubplicated by any number of people so far picked in the tourny. SS with his Matter Manipulation powers could pull of quite a few of those cheap tricks of his own. a GL can use the same attack and Defense powers shown by Shaman. In fact the tourny limit Loki has created superpowered beings like Aborbing Man Shaman has never shown anything wuite like that.
Whoever said that Shaman is Dr. Strange is blowing smoke. Shaman has never done anything to put him in that league. Shaman has never contained a Supernova. He has never been able to face of against someone wearing the IG. He is not the walking plot device Strange is. He also isn't Zantanna in that she has a real cheap trick that can end a match real quick. In fact Shaman has never shown anything even close to it. Shaman is not in Strange's league.
In reality only three of his powers are disputed.
One is his vacuum power. Which counts as BFR which many characters chosen so far have but as stated in the tourny rules is banned. So is a non factor from the begining.
The other is his ability to stop time which a few people in this tourny other than Shaman have shown. Instead of banning those characters the general consensus is that the power atself should banned so this is a voided arguement.
The only other thing is Astral Projection which this is the only thing putting him out of the tourny. With exception of this he is perfectly legal within the tourny rules. Although a few other characters have been in a simliar situation. SS and his speed what happened he was simply stated as being only able to use his combat speed. When Cyborg Superman was picked he was obviously over the killability limit with his Mind Hopping ability but instead of banning him we simply realized that if you take that away then he is legal so we banned the power instead of the pick. All BW and I are asking is the same treatment in that Shaman only has one power that puts him above we simply would like to ban him from using the power instead of banninh him.

This actually makes some sense.
The same rules apply to everyone on stuff like matter manip and time manip, so that shouldn't be an issue.
And I'm beginning to see that it's impossible to get through a tourney with the ideal "Either they're in or they're out" philosophy...some editing to conform to the rules is always necessary.
I'd be willing to let him back in. Guys?
P.S. ...beginning to agree with Scoob's assessment of a general ban on magic. Too late for that now, but in hindsight it seems gloriously smart.
