I'm not sure what board you're talking about, but this forum has a very strong, very educated homosexual equality group on it. Why would your gay threads be closes? Because there are so many already? They are inflammatory and likely to be seen as trolling? Because you start them with very pointless stuff? Such threads do better in the Off topic forum.

lets see you make fun of my spelling. I don't see you doing that to the heterosexual members. If I changed my name to "proud heterosexual" you probably wouldn't find as much fault in me.

Point of order - you began going on about grammar for no apparent reason, and every time the topic has looked to be about to move on your have returned attention to it, while claiming to be an expert but appearing to be anything but.

then maybe it shouldn't be called "homophobic" a fear of the same gender. i fear no "man" unless he's got a gun to my head. but rather a fear or distaste for a certain lifestyle. like, oh...i dunno, guy lip locking guy?? but then fear would be too much of an emotional state to be afraid of that.. maybe revulsion or disgust, but fear?

A lot of homophobes however seem to have an irrational fear that to accept a homosexual, or to treat them as an equal and natural will allow them to become contagious and homosexuality will spread throughout society.

In all honesty they are probably scared of their own feelings. What with the whole the people who are the most anti-gay have something to hide.
