Despero = Dc's Thanos ✅ with a lot less showings

well its ok for me if he gets him as long as Vals promise that I get Thanos is valid 😄

What I'm saying is Despero's showings against DC's top tier is highly reminiscent of Thanos' showings against Marvel's top tier. That fact is not even arguable.

reminiscent? i'll agree to that. HOWEVER, it is not ONLY (not even most importantly) thanos' showings against top tier guys that make thanos too powerful for this. its his showings against skyfathers and cosmics that prove he is far above the level of this tournament.

honestly val -- you think despero would give odin trouble?? do you really think despero could wipe out ss?

oh, and i'd say he was a lot closer to darkseid than thanos. you think despero would walk up to darkseid and own him? would darkseid be banned if i swore not to use the omega effect?

The fact is though if he mind rapped MM that alone should put him over becuase MM is a very high level Telepath. In fact it seems almost in act of CIS that if he could do that to MM he probably could have had the whole JLA thinking their chickens or something.

i agree. but still people are going on about his strength. is he as strong as thanos? close, prolly, but many would argue thanos and supes are close.

no one has yet to point out one thing that makes him ban-able. strength? nope. durability? nope? tp? nope? brains? nope.

but i think most would say god-cable>mm. hell, there's a whole thread about how god-cable should have been able to wipe out ss.

i'm sorry, i just haven't yet seen someone give a completely defensible reason WHY he should be banned.

And this seems to be the only reason people give for banning him. His strength isn't illegal, neither is his durability, neither is his telepathy. Hell, there are other approved characters who have greater stats in two of those categories.
