What fight was this? I believe we're on their 3rd fight who?-kid. Spidey underestimated DD in the second fight. I think thats the one youre referring to. Secondly, Spidey was not dominating. Too tired to dodge the attack completely yes. What did he do? He ALLOWED Spidey to get they hit and yet he still was able to roll with the punch.
Spidey easily killing DD if false.

Spiderman was not dominating that fight at all. Spiderman knocked down DD on the "GERONIMO!" hit cause DD allowed him to do so. Immediately after that hit, Daredevil was ready to go at it again.

No. A jab is just the quickest-to-hit punch. A hook or haymaker is easily the faster punch. If one were to clock the speed of the fist using a radar gun of both a jab and haymaker/hook, the haymaker/hook would be faster.

DD wouldn't last long against Firelord spidey,Absorbing-man Spidey,Hulk spidey,or Thor Spidey.I'm referring to the Spidey who fought against them who was dodging every attack while landing a bunch on them even knocking firelord and Absorbing-man out.

I call that a clean victory - notice also that SM holds back and didn't use his webs.

You need to read the fight over. He was tired and decided that he needed to rest even if it meant Spidey landing a hit. At that time spidey saw that he was tired and then attacked again trying to take advantage. He connected, but DD still rolled with the hit. DD could ahve kept fighting but would have been wreckless. He decided to rest up instead. He has a choice.
Thats clear. If not, the word letting would not have been used.
Clean victory? How? The fight was ended to to a blimp. After the hit, Daredevil was rested and was going for an attack. You call that a clean victory? Spidey tried the web thing in their previous fight and he missed.
Either way, DD and Wolvie win.
