And what was holding Spider-Man to finish him while DD was on the ground for a few seconds ? Nothing.

You need to read the fight over. He was tired and decided that he needed to rest even if it meant Spidey landing a hit. At that time spidey saw that he was tired and then attacked again trying to take advantage. He connected, but DD still rolled with the hit. DD could ahve kept fighting but would have been wreckless. Thats clear. If not, the word letting would not have been used.

Clean victory? How? The fight was ended to to a blimp. After the hit, Daredevil was rested and was going for an attack. You call that a clean victory? Spidey tried the web thing in their previous fight and he missed.

Either way, DD and Wolvie win.

Daredevil caught his breath in the quote you posted and was ready to attack again.

It wasnt a clean victory for Spiderman because he couldnt have knocked DD's head off even if he tried. How many times has Hulk rolled with Punches from other beings? Not many unless youre talking about another Hulk. DD's jaw isnt stronger than Hulks ribs, but the point you brough up is irrelevant. You cant compare Hulks fighting ability and skills to Daredevils. Nulled.

DD was on 1 knee and was already getting up. Spidey could have tried a follow-up attack. Not a guarentee that he would ahve connecteed either. At least not to the point where it would be effective.

If DD isnt holding back as well i DO think he could survie and possibly beat him depending on the setting. If you think Spiderman can easily stab DD with a stinger, you must not know much about DD. Ive asked befor about the properties of Spideys new suit. Is it as hard/durable as Ironmans?

No, but it's pretty damn durable. It now can easily deflect low-to-mid calibur firearms.

Well i think wolverine could take nightwing and then daredevil could hold of spidey and then wolverine and daredevil could take spidey.

Nightwing is not part of this fight, friend.

wolverine and DD have to many heightened senses to be be caught up or by surprise by NC. Spiderman could give trouble but I think wolverine could win vs spidey 6/10 dd vs spidey 3/10
