The Hulk has emitted enough Gamma Radiation to set a Self Sustaining Radioacitve fire before, though since it was once, and while he was unconscious that might count as SMvsFL.

Who can the Hulk beat in a battle. There is no prep and the fight starts in a large city. No BFR. This is for any character below Silver Surfer on a cosmic level. Also, no magicians please.

Who can beat?

Top tier bricks, top tier flying bricks, magical beings.

How often the first two take it out of 10 its the arguable part, but they "can" do it.

Magical beings like Strange and Fate take it confortably.

Anyone read Giant Size Hulk, btw?

The Hulk can beat practically ANY top tier bricks without unlimtited durability and a lot of non-super speed flyers.
