When was Superman shown superior to Thor besides that one PIS filled comic. Spider ma has also defeated Fire Lord, I guess that makes him Superior.

Thanos has smashed Thor on numerous occasions, and he would smash Superman all the same.

No, but when the character doesn't use the abilities at his disposal and loses after a fights that was written poorly, I do consider it PIS.

I haven't complained about Thanos defeating Thor, I have actually used Thanos defeating thor against Superman.

I haven't complained about Thanos defeating Thor, I have actually used Thanos defeating thor against Superman.

I consider the fight written poorly as well, but I agree with the result, and apparently so did the parent companies that produced it.

I could easily say the same. I KNOW you are voting for Thanos because you like him and dislike Superman. I ALSO know that you haven't read much on either one.

I read both characters (growing up on MARVEL comics) and my conclusion is that Superman has such over the top feats that he can hang with Thanos.

Thanos has more hype than substance unfortunately.

I'm simply waiting for scans of him tossing said Superman level characters.

I'd like to see Thanos defeat a city full of super villains of all sorts of crazy powers attacking him simultaneously.

Not to mention that Superman has gotten upgraded a lot since his death. I really don't see how the DOS even comes into play here.

Listen I know comics and lots about Superman and Thanos and I don't like Thanos I find it stupid he takes over the universe by finding things so many times such as IG and Heart of the Universe but I still relize he wins based on who gives Superman lots of trouble and Thanos would kill them

The best Thanos is the schemer Thanos. The not so invincible but tricky as hell version of him.

That is as silly as bringing up Adam Warlock turning Thanos into stone.
It doesn't apply to the characters anymore. That was a few upgrades ago...Superman couldn't even fly light speed officially yet.

Besides...DD is a walking Plot Device. Hunter/Prey would have murdered Thanos.
