SALVATION THROUGH JESUS THE CHRIST

Luke 19:10, “…the Son of Man [Jesus Christ] has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

2 Peter 3:9, “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”

1 Timothy 2:3-4, “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior,
who desires all men [people] to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”

1 Peter 3:18, “For Christ [Jesus] also suffered once for sins, the Just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit….”

John 3:15-17, “…whoever believes in Him [Jesus Christ] should not perish but have eternal life.” “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son [Jesus Christ], that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” “For God did not send His Son [Jesus Christ] into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”

1 John 5:11-13, “And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son [Jesus Christ]. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God [Jesus Christ] does not have life. These things I {John the Apostle} have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.”

John 3:36, “He who believes in the Son [Jesus Christ] has everlasting life….”

Revelation 3:20, “Behold, I [Jesus Christ] stand at the door [of your heart] and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door [of his or her heart], I will come in to him [or you], and dine with him [or you], and he [or you] with Me.

1 John 4:14, “…the Father [God] has sent the Son [Jesus Christ] as Savior of the world.”

John 3:3, “Jesus answered and said to him, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.’”

John 10:9, “I [Jesus Christ] am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he {or she} will be saved….”

John 11:25, “Jesus [the Christ] said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he [or she] may die, he [or she] shall live.”

John 12:47, “And if anyone hears My [Jesus Christ’s] words and does not believe, I [Jesus Christ] do not judge him [or her]; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world.”

John 12:49-50, “For I [Jesus Christ] have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father [God] who sent Me gave me a command, what I should say and what I should speak. And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.”

John 14:1-3, “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God [the Father], believe also in Me [Jesus Christ]. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”

John 14:6, “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father [God] except through Me.’”

Romans 10:8-11, “But what does it say? ‘The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart’ [that is, the word of faith which we preach]: That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10:13, “‘For ‘whoever calls on the name of the Lord [Jesus Christ] shall be saved.’”

1 John 5:20, “And we know that the Son of God [Jesus Christ] has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.”

Matthew 16:26, “For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will man give in exchange for his soul?

John 6:37, “All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.”

John 10:28-29 “And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father's hand.”

Acts 10:43
To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him [Jesus Christ] will receive remission of sins."

So... Jobber Zeus vs. Jobbersied: who goes down faster?

Jesus pre-Death without the Holy Spirit is mid tier at best. I mean raising the dead, walking in water, hardly impressive if youre a god. Plus offensively, he's not known for his fighting skills; he's a pacifist. Jobberseid would have a hard time at first - the OE would bounce of Jesus' beard - but he would eventually win.

Jesus pre-Death with the Holy Spirit however would win. Jesus post-Death, like the pic, would wreck Jobberseid.

Still though, even at post-Death, he shouldnt be wrecking the Greek pantheon as easily as that. Hell, Poseidon was a total NOOB on this instance. He needs all the help he can get, like Moses, Elijah, and if he could put aside their quarrels long enough, Muhammad, to take down the Greek pantheon.

Erm . . . . posting an application path really wouldnt help us unless you expect us to have Remote Control of your PC.

EDIT: I see. Fixed it already.

I swear to The Lord Odin, if you spam that link one more time... blowup

Anywho, I think if I had a religion, it'd be buddhism. The religious icon (Buddha) has much less of a cruelly ironic story than Christ.

And now, we end our session in prayer...
"Odin! Guide or ships
Our axes, spears and swords
Guide us through storms that whip
And in brutal war"

Again, another example of childishness at it's pinnacle. 🤣

The pinnacle of childishness is one who creates multiple accounts so that he can agree with his own argument under a different user name. Congratulations on comitting the ultimate act of desperate trolling and verbal masturbation.

Wouldn't that be a more advanced form of someone who talks to themself? 😂

Did you realize the irony of that statement above before or after you realized that you're a 20 something year old male who has a picture of He-Man on his profile? 😉

For by one man’s disobedience many were MADE SINNERS. Because of Adam’s disobedience (he disobeyed God concerning eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil) every human being is made (or born) a sinner. Romans 5:19; Genesis 2:16-17, 3:6; Romans 5:12, 14-15, 19

Through Adam, sin (the law of sin and death) entered the world, and into human nature. Adam passed his sinful nature on to his children, who passed it on to their children, who in turn passed it on to their children, all the way down to people today. The Bible states that the wages (or consequence) of sin is death. The wages of sin is death because sin separates us from the glorious life and presence of God. As a result, all people are born sinful and spiritually dead (or separated from the life and presence of God). We inherited Adam’s consequence for sin which is death (spiritual and physical death). Romans 8:2, 5:12, 19; 1 Corinthians 15:21-22; Ephesians 2:1, 5, 4:18; Romans 6:23; Romans 3:23; Isaiah 59:1-2; 1 Peter 3:18; Ephesians 2:1, 5, 4:18;

All are sinners by nature (because we inherited Adam’s sinful nature) and by choice (all of us have chosen to sin at some point in our life) and as a result we fall short of the glory (the glorious life and presence) of God. Sin separates us from the glorious life and presence of God. Because of our sins no person is considered RIGHTEOUS according to God. God is holy and He cannot allow sin in His presence. Romans 5:12, 19; 1 John 1:8; Romans 3:23; Isaiah 59:1-2; 1 Peter 3:18; Ephesians 2:1, 5, 4:18; Romans 3:10, 12; Psalm 99:9; Habakkuk 1:13;

If a person (physically) dies in their sins, without first having their sins forgiven, remitted, or washed by the blood of Jesus, they will be separated from the glorious life and presence of God temporarily in a place called Hades (Hell). Then when they are judged by God according to their (sinful) works they will be cast into THE LAKE OF FIRE permanently. John 8:21, 24; Matthew 10:28, 23:33, 25:31-33, 41, 46; Mark 9:43-48; Luke 12:5; Revelation 20:11-15

Jesus came to Earth to shed His blood (or die) so that our sins could be remitted, washed away, or forgiven. God accepted the holy, righteous, sinless blood of Jesus as payment for the wages of sin, which is death. Jesus’ death paid the wages of OUR SINS. Now all who call upon Jesus to save them from their sins can be forgiven for all their sins. We can have our sins remitted, washed away, and forgiven by God. The word remission or remit means to release from the guilt or penalty of. Jesus death PAID THE RANSOM FOR US FROM THE WAGES OF SIN. A ransom is something paid or demanded for the release of someone or something from captivity. Jesus redeemed us by His shed blood (or death). The word redeem means to buy back, repurchase, to get or win back, to free from captivity by payment of a ransom, to release from blame or debt, clear, to free from the consequences of sin, to atone for, or expiate. Jesus is the propitiation for our sins. The word propitiate means to gain or regain the favor or goodwill of, to appease. Through Jesus we are able to get back into the good graces of God. We are saved from God’s wrath through Jesus Christ. Isaiah 53:1-12; Romans 5:10; Hebrews 9:26, 28; 10:4-7, 10, 12, 14; Matthew 26:28; 1 John 1:7; 1 Peter 1:18-19; Ephesians 1:7; Colossians 1:14 Hebrews 9:12, 14, 10:19-20; Romans 10:13; Matthew 20:28; 1 Timothy 2:6; Romans 3:25; 1 John 2:2, 4:10; Romans 5:9; 1 Thessalonians 1:10, 4:13-18, 5:9; Revelation 6:14-17, 10:6, 11:18, 8:1, 15:1, 6-7, 16:1;

Jesus Christ was the only Person qualified to die for the sins of the world because He was not a sinner and He did not sin. Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world. John 8:46; 14:30; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 4:15; 1 Peter 2:22; 1 John 3:5; Matthew 1:21; Luke 2:11, 4:18; John 4:42; Acts 4:12, 5:31, 13:23; Ephesians 5:23; Philippians 3:20; 2 Timothy 1:10; Titus 2:4, 13, 3:6; 2 Peter 1:1, 11; 1 John 4:14

God could not just forgive sin without the shedding of blood (or without someone dying to pay for sin). Hebrews 9:22

You see every single person had to pay for their own sin. The wages of sin is death (spiritual and physical death). We do not have the power or ability to escape death.

There is no way that salvation can ever be based on our good deeds, baptism, going to church, reading the Bible, keeping the Ten Commandments, living by the golden rule, being nice to people or any other good works. The Bible clearly states that without the SHEDDING OF BLOOD (OR DEATH) THERE IS NO REMISSION. The word remission or remit means to release from the guilt or penalty of. ONLY THROUGH JESUS CHRIST DEATH ON OUR BEHALF AS PAYMENT FOR OUR SINS are we granted forgiveness or pardon from God, of our sins (letting them go as if they had never been committed), remission of the penalty. Ephesians 2:8-9; Philippians 3:9; Titus 3:5-7; Romans 5:16-18; Romans 6:23; John 10:9, 14:6; 1 Peter 1:18-19; Romans 3:23-24; Hebrews 9:22; Isaiah 53:1-12; Romans 5:10; Hebrews 9:26, 28; 10:4-7, 10, 12, 14; Matthew 26:28; 1 John 1:7; 1 Peter 1:18-19; Ephesians 1:7; Colossians 1:14 Hebrews 9:12, 14, 10:19-20; Matthew 20:28; 1 Timothy 2:6; Romans 3:25; 1 John 2:2, 4:10; Romans 5:9; 1 Thessalonians 1:10, 4:13-18, 5:9; Revelation 6:14-17, 10:6, 11:18, 8:1, 15:1, 6-7, 16:1;

Although we who have asked Jesus Christ to save us from our sins are saved, born again, righteous, redeemed, and so forth, our physical body IS NOT REDEEMED FROM THE LAW OF SIN AND DEATH. That’s why we still die physically, and that’s why we still sin even though we are saved.

John 14:6, “Jesus said to him, ‘I [ Jesus Christ] am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father [God] except through Me [Jesus Christ].’”

Matthew 16:26, “For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will man give in exchange for his soul?

Romans 10:13, “‘For ‘whoever calls on the name of the Lord [Jesus Christ] shall be saved.’”

Do You Understand the Good News of the Bible?

Jesus Christ died:

to pay the penalty for your sins (the penalty for sin is death), to make you righteous or good enough to go to Heaven (Romans 6:23; 2 Corinthians 5:21).

Jesus Christ rose from the dead:

to give you everlasting life. Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and He gives everlasting life to all that ask Him for it in faith (faith is trust).

If you want to be 100% sure that you will go to Heaven when you die, say this prayer from your heart:

Lord Jesus, I believe that God raised You from the dead. Save me from my sins. Make me a part of God’s family. Come into my heart and give me everlasting life. Thank You Lord Jesus for saving me.

Rejoice and be happy, You are going to Heaven!

If you die right now, you will live with Jesus Christ in paradise forever. This is His promise to you

Now ask God to help you find a good church where you can be baptized and learn the Bible .
