How is DD's adaptive powers a secret? I thought that under forum rules they both had common knowledge of each other? The Surfer should have the same, or nearly the same amount of knowledge going in, as you do.

Common knowledge is what the general populace know.

So Superman being weak to Kryptonite is common knowledge. Him being Clark isn't (of course, this has changed in the last couple of years, but you get the point).

Yeah I get that the Surfer begins off with the knowledge that Doomsday has adaptive powers just like Doomsday begins with the knowledge that the Surfer possesses the Power Cosmic.

Now, I am on record saying Surfer stomps here ....but am interested how people would vote if it were Hulk, not Doomsday.

Assuming we can't just ignore their comic showings against each other.

He beats Hulk as well (depending on the version).

Why depending on the version? Which ones wouldn't he be able to beat?

Surfer would enter the battle blasting DD. DD will then blitz Surfer and end the fight quickly.

He doesn't get a pass. All I said was Hulk can absorb cosmic energy which is his saving grace. Also, I wouldn't say Surfer would send Hulk or Doomsday in the past 10/10. They still fight in character here which gives Hulk a chance vs Doomsday against Surfer.
