I didn't use JUST that scan as reference to Surfer speed. Don't think that's how this works because if that's the case, Spiderman>>>the speed of light.

So you're saying THAT scan is irrelevant?

Not irrelevant. It's just part of what Surfer has done speed wise. You posting thought processing speed fts for Cyborg doesn't show us how he would handle a blitz.
