1.) The people who "just don't need to be here" (rapists, murderers, child molestors) are grown adults making choices that hurt other people, while aborted babies haven't made any choices, nor are they allowed any.

I believe that married couples are only justified in divorce if there has been adultery, and even then its up to them if they want to try to work it out through counseling.
Since most Christians believe that anyway, I'm not focusing on them.
We're talking about married non-believers, or boyfriend/girlfriend situations here.
Boyfriend/girlfriend is easier, as another poster mentioned they are not married, have not committed to each other yet, and should just end the relationship if they are going to cheat.
As for the married couples, if they are so fed-up that they can't stand it, or are so sexually attracted to someone else that they will cheat (not just thinking about it), then they should just leave.
In any event, the point is that cheating is wrong, not "Oooh, looky-looky, sithsaber is promoting divorce and sex for all." 👀
