We can give you 100s of examples of Cap having 1 ton strength. In fact I dont know of any writer that has limited him to 800Lbs. So no caps strength feats dont vary.

Forget that fight from Civil War-Spiderman was written so wrong, in that he came across as some novice 15year old who had just got his powers.
