cap vs spider-man

Cap is highly over-rated.
Cap is said to be an expert in Boxing, Tae Kwon Do and Judo (and probably others) but they considered him this expert right from the start of his tour of ww2. When did he have time to become so great? ...
Iron Fist started at 9 years old under Lei Kung, DD also started as a boy; but both are shown to be beneath Cap's ability. It's often argued that Wolverine and Cap are roughly the same league, but Logan has years more training (from before cap drank the serum and while Cap was frozen) and much of that was under Ogun.

Of course, the writers would have Spidey job to Cap; but I think measuring their abilites against each other, Cap should not stand a chance.

It makes sense if you think about it though. If your body's physically perfect and you have an artist eye for detail(and Cap does) then it shouldn't take much more than practicing a move once or twice after seeing it preformed to be able to do it yourself.

in a comic fight cap wins 7/10 due to CIS/PIS and horrible writing....
