Heres my take disney is all for the ' happyily ever after" now i know it would be a happily ever after for jack and liz but you must remember will disneys does not let it charactors not have a happily ever after unless the charator is evil...
if Will is bad then his happy ending would be redeeming himself.
And he would have his father, which would be a very happy ending for Bootstrap Bill. I wonder if he knows his wife is dead? My guess would be he has a feeling she is since he was so surprised Will had been involved with pirates. Poor Bootstrap. Who knows? Maybe he'll steal Liz from Jack. It will be like a soap opera.
LOL Its so hilarious to me how these W/E shippers will believe that little note on the side of the draft script fpr PotC3 "Liz does not love Jack" they will not shut up about it...its an early..rough and sloppy draft script..the themes have changed since then for the final version....the whole ending of movie 2 suggests how wrong that little note is.
Jack actually gives liz a look as if to say "kiss me again" and she almost does..becuase she wants him..
and the W/E shippers are just ignoring that whole little aspect of that scene 😂
the whole moment after she chains him up suggests the complete opposite of what they say.

LovelyOne...this is so true....the W/E shippers totally ignore every clue in POTC 2 that suggests that the writers want the audience to focus on what's going on between jack and liz...I mean if you think about it...there's not much for W/E shippers to be excited about in POTC 2 - the wedding is interrupted....her dress sinks to the bottom of the ocean (come on...this is significant or disney wouldn't have kept it in the film..to me it symbolizes that their relationship is also doomed)...the very next scene is her overly flirtatious scene with jack where she almost kisses jack...she is not even thinking about Will...she is troubled because of the way Jack is making her feel....Norrington has just pointed that out to her in the scene before this....and the compass is pointing to Jack...Liz is daydreaming about Jack....Will and Liz have only a few scenes together in this movie....and of course...they ignore the almost kiss again after she chains him up...that is the hottest moment of the entire movie....Jack closes his eyes...and so does she...they both wanted to kiss again but didn't....she is finding jack very hard to resist...
interesting to see what will happen when they reunite in POTC 3....these facts just can't be ignored....

Well, actually it points in the direction where he ran and then all of a sudden he pops up on the other side....but this scene is so hot...if you believe the theory that the compass doesn't work for Jack because he is confused and vexed....he want Elizabeth..but doesn't want to want her...and then there she is....and he can't help but flirt with her..especially since she's still single...there's no ring on her finger yet...so...she's still available as far as Jack's concerned....I love that song and video...it just makes you want to see more Jack and Liz and hot moments in pOTC 3....come on, Disney, don't let us down....
