Not really, though. Vinny's posted some funny stuff but for the most part it ends up being some rehash of something done many times. Rev, what has he posted? Chat with Maynard? Oooooh, a social thread. We really don't have enough of those!

See, that's what I mean about people being popular for no reason. What have they done on this site exactly? Talk? Wow, that's important. They haven't contributed to anything. And they're a perfect example of what I was talking about.

You and I both know that had I opened it in the GDF it would have been moved to the OTF straight away, without being given a chance for a serious discussion to develop.

So we can agree that it was a silly idea to create such a clearly biased thread.

That's unfair. I think if you're going to resort to underhand comments against my reasons behind this thread then you're probably done here. You've achieved what you came for, made a hell of a lot of brilliant points and you've made me see the error of my ways.

But my point is that this thread wouldn't have stood a chance in the GDF, which is obviously where it should have been opened. It would have been better received over there and perhaps people wouldn't have accused me of being entirely biased myself.

I'm not biased and blind, actually. I've said on numerous occasions that I would choose the GDF over the OTF but it should not have come to that.

Thank you very much, you've offended me. I know you don't give a flying f.uck but I apologise for giving everyone something to chew over, with the intention of hearing a few opinions.

Moose, I know what she means by contributing to the forum as whole, it's not as if she's living her life by KMC. A lot of the members here are proud, and rightly so, of the contribution they make to the forum. When it comes to comparisons (which it shouldn't have done in the first place), the OTF clearly comes last. But that's NOT what this is about, do I have to say it AGAIN?

My point is that creating it in the OTF, with the title you gave it and the opinions you've presented, was equally a bad choice. It shows nothing but bias.
