There are many many people who come across KMC and join simply for the OTF. Which is quite sad.
And frankly, I'll be honest - there are a lot of pompous asses in the GDF. But then again, there are also a lot of people in the OTF with over-inflated sense of ego, who think they're an important part of KMC because they're popular in here, while in actuality they've never done a single thing on this site ever.
Though I think that allowing political discussions in the GDF was a bit of a mistake, personally.

I agree with this 100%. Except the part about me having an over-inflated ego, I've done plenty for KMC. Can I help it if I'm painfully popular? eyes
