In this instance - the instance being Spider-Man's use of his stealth mode or lack thereof - I stated it was A but not/less B. After reassessment in this instance there are elements of both A and B, however there was no implication that if A never B. Additionally this instance does not represent all of comics - and statements in reference to this instance apply only to this instance. I don't recall saying if A never B or that A and B are mutually exclusive, thus I'm not sure from where you determined that PIS and CIS can never occur in a single instance concurrently.

If I made any statement regarding mutual exclusivity I retract that.

😐 Her altered neural physiology due to her development is what grants her her gifts. I believe that's the fourth time stated now. And you still don't seem to get it. Her brain needed to be telepathically rewired to enable her to communicate verbally, not to grant her powers.

I could say Nightwing is X fast, and you'll have a scan of Wolverine breaking the speed of sound. I'll have Nightwing stalemating Azrael, and you'll have Wolverine beating Iron Fist, Shang Chi, and Daredevil all at once. I'll have Nightwing taking a sound beating, and you'll have Wolverine coming back from dead. Nightwing lifting 600 pounds, Wolverine throwing a truck.

Wolverine has superhuman strength, agility, reflex, stamina, senses and enhanced durability. Night wing on the other hand has no such superhuman abilities which that a lone would put him at a huge disadvantage. Also Night wing is not nearly as skilled as Logan as well. Night wing has far less trained and experience. Wolverine ahs over 100 years of experience what does night wing posses? 10 year’s? Night wing holds no advantage and holds every disadvantage. I did not even mention the fact wolverine healing factor could cope with any thing night wing could dish out.
