according to herc profile in civil war damage control hercules do have superspeed and recently in incredible hercules one second he was beating the crap out of wonderman and another sec Ares was flying away again after being one shotted again and he was atlest 500 feet away if that is not blitzing than i don't know what it is and don't forget Ares also have superhuman speed
