the ppl i listed initially was rough house and hulk where he did dodge evade and rapped himself around his opponent and threaten to do just that.
the other list were the ppl he simply attacked above the head.

At no point did Wolverine paralyze Roughouse or Hulk by stabbing them in the spinal column, or decapitate either.

dont forget in marvel present comics: wolverine he rapped himself around grey hulk and told him to calm down or he would kill him and he didnt want to do that. that was during the storyline when mimic took logans powers and hulk ran into both of them in the storyline.
logan has actually informed hulk a few times that he has had the option to kill hulk in the past while past out but he wouldnt.
