Strong, but he can only amp himself to a certain level. He's certainly nowhere near the top tiers of strength.

One syllable did that...just astounding....was it just me or was Son of M #6 a bit of a disappointment. BB whispered War and it just didn't seem so threatening.

I think everyone really knows that in a H2O or whatever it is called, Hulk takes it, the comic stated itself he is 2nd, he may be close and with his superior fighting skills he can come close but with his strength increasing I think hulk takes it.
