Mmmm taking that in account with the flying and speed this fight becomes even closer. its close but I think Hulk takes it for now.

Blackbolt is not officially class 100. And if he is, it's certainly not in the higher regions.

He is said to be class 60, though that seems unlikely.

Meh, sounds like PIS. He can't physically hang with class 100 characters any better than Wolverine can hang with guys like......Morlun.

I'm pretty sure he enhances himself to class 100, because the comic wouldn't have stated he is a close second. He has gone toe to toe with top tiers, so he is actually 100 if he wishes.

They probably meant in comparison to everyone else present. Which is true.

just knowing that at anytime, you could go out, would make you feel very uneasy.
and hes not a pushover, not a jobber, and hes not a lightweight in h2h.

He can hang for a short while, but he's gonna need the rest of his powers if he wants to survive an H2H fight.

If he can, it's because of skill. But that's not gonna last for long. It didn't last in any of his fights(that I know of) with Hulk.

You're right about the rest, though. BB wins if he has the screams and blasts.

I think your underestimating BB with the strength department there, he has proven time and time again to be able to go toe to toe with the big boys. His weakness that lets him down is his antenna, and power depleting.

No, I'm not understimating him. He's strong. Or at least he can be. But he's not THAT strong. Why would he be? He has other powers.

Exactly he has other powers and one of his powers are also able to increase his strength to the top tiers. Also yeah he has other powers which means he is an all around character like Superman Wonder Woman etc.

Yeah, I took that ability into account, because it's the only reason why can hang with the physical top tiers for a while. He needs to increase his strength, because at base he's not that strong. But even then it's not really enough to outclass the usual higher class 100 big brawlers, going by classic Black Bolt.
