Several people have already answered that, but for some reason it is not getting through to you. That was PIS/CIS .....logically speaking, there are very few people who should be able to tag the Flash. Virtually all of the showings where the Flash gets hit (be it by Gorilla Grodd or by Deathstroke) are pure BS. Now, Zoom hitting the Flash is another story, but the list gets terribly short after that.
It is like when the Hulk was kicked by Batman and the Hulk felt it to such an extent he gasped (thus inhaling the gas Batman had been trying to use against the Hulk). Now, does that mean the Hulk can feel the kick of a human?
In Kingdom (or was it Kingdom Come), the Flash is shown stopping crime all over the world at the same time. He simply runs so fast he is EVERYWHERE AT THE SAME TIME. That is what the Flash is capable of.
He could stop (as some other poster said) every crime, every fire, every typhoon, every accident, every kid dropping his lollipop, every dog crapping on the sidewalk ....everything, all over the world. In his comic book fights he would be finishing everything in one panel (and even in fights against similarly fast characters, like Zoom, they would also last one panel because both would be so fast it would be over as it began). However no one would be buying comic books whereby by the first panel everything is over! That is why you see the Flash getting some stress from human gorillas and one-eyed mercenaries.
In KMC (read the rules) characters are not jobbing, there is no PIS/CIS, and they are out for the kill. In such a case there are not many characters (virtually none on DC Earth or MU Earth, unless you want to go into Deus Ex Machina character types) that can even SEE the Flash. The Flash would be moving so fast he could (ala Kingdom Come) take out an entire planet of people simply by moving so fast he was everywhere at the same time (and at the speed his mass would be infinite ....think of it this way, when he rescued 500,000 people in the Korean city by taking all of them, in ones and twos, out of a city that had a nuclear detonation taking place ....and doing all this in a fraction of a second, and remember he would have to find them, since they are scattered around the city, run with them to a far enough distance that they will not be harmed, and then go back for more ....well, when he finished that it was written that his eyes alone were at infinite mass. IMAGINE what would happen if he was running so fast he was everywhere at the same time! A slight brush against an opponent at such speeds and such mass would lead to that opponent ....even a whole planet of them .....simply being annihilated).
I don't expect that to make much sense to you, but it might be helpful if you read up on the KMC rules.

Thanks for the post Juntai ....although something tells me it will not even register on XMeat's mind.

LOL. Goodness!
A nuclear blast is exceedingly powerful.
But think of the mass of a star ....then think of that mass squeezed into almost unbelievable density ....then think of that hitting someone at light speed.
Now, I know that your mind may not be able to understand the difference between a nuclear detonation and something on the order of a dwarf star (in your mind you probably think a nuclear explosion is greater), but to digest it a bit for you let me put it this way.
a) Imagine you standing and taking a nuclear blast. You'd be dead, and not just dead but atomized!
b) Now, imagine taking our sun, having all of its mass tightened up into a density that is almost beyond human comprehension (unless you have taken advanced physics), and slamming into you at LIGHT SPEED.
In BOTH scenarios you'd be dead, but the second one is a cosmic event. A galactic apocalypse.
Comparing a nuclear explosion with the mass/density of a dwarf star (and even WORSE saying that the nuke is greater) simply shows that you know nothing of what you are talking about.
A nuclear explosion is bad, but a freaking star warps gravity ....and the mass of a dwarf star can be so great that it can give genesis to a Black Hole (as illogical as you are I am certain you know what that is).
The two ( a nuke and a star) are not comparable.

Hulk wins.
WHY?
The thing about debate is this ....one has to give a clear rationale on why he/she thinks that his/her character would win.
Thus you must show:
1) What your character has that would enable a win
2) What you character has that would enable a win AGAINST THE SPECIFIC OPPONENT your character has be put against.
There are other things, but those two should be the absolute minimums.
Thus, say why the Hulk should win (which should be easy since it just looks at the storng points of your specific character and nothing else), AND THEN say how the Hulk would win against someone like the Flash (now, that is the hard part ...goodluck).
You may answer one, but it is not logically possible (at least no one has managed to do it up to now) to show how the Hulk would win (no. 2) against the Flash.
You are free to try. After all you are so sure the Hulk would win you didn't even bother saying how he would.
Thus please enlighten the rest of us with your ...erm ....wisdom.

hum
186, 000 miles per second according to Nasa.
I'm guessing the 5 was a typo.
And I'm guessing the conversion posted was meters per second, and would equal to around the same 186,000.
