It's interesting reading some of the posters who are no longer with us, and keeping the context that carver usually brings which is that a lot of the pro Marvel side were driven away.
Omega Vision even uses the exact same argument I use. Bada steps in to remind people of Full Capacity. Blair Wind, Juntai, even Bran used to post seriously (check page 3). Galan before he was a mod, Tron, Soljer, Pittman - even Goober had this to say:

All we are doing are rehashing tired old arguments. Since 2006 when this thread was made, Hulk has gotten better feats with strength (WBH, obv) but Wally and Barry have only gotten even faster.
And the root argument - that Hulk can't hit Flash - has therefore only solidified even more.
