Where does the Hulk get his power from? Some outside source which has been stated on panel. So by your logic that has no bearing on this fight because of KMC rules we have a young man at his prime physically against a nerdy scientist 😐. My bet is on Wally West.
Banner's accident changed his genetic make-up so the Hulk's powers are not from some outside source. On contra it is Wally West who needs an outside source (Speed Force) to be the Flash. So the green mean wins against the "young" man in his prime. Place your bet on your "man" by all means but careful you don't lose your shirt.
Hulk wins - just accept that some people have an opinion different to your own. yinyang

😆
when superman and flash were racing, flash was considering stealing supermans kinetic energy to win the race, but then came to the conclusion that with the power of superman forcing himself to run at the speeds they were running(over a 1000mph) he'd cause superman to go crashing through th planet which i thought was funny, should of done it, although would kill a lot of people.

This versus thread never stated the location in which this battle was to take place. So I have taken the liberty of having it in 3 different universes.1) DC - where the SF, IMP & all the other Flash BS "exists".
Result Flash wins but not as easily as some like to think. WW took Zoom's best shots & Hulk is a lot more durable than her. So it could be inferred that Hulk would not be beaten that easily or quickly.2) Marvel - where there is no Speed Force. Hulk kills Flash with a sneeze.
3) Neutral - Combatants only have any powers that they naturally possess. Oops that means one mean green dude and a puny human in red tights (its the Speed Force that is all powerful not the person known as the Flash.) Hulk wins again.
That's 2 - 1 to the Hulk

You're a fool. Not only are you ignorant of the character you're arguing against, you're ignorant of the character you're arguing FOR!
The Hulk draws mass and strength from an extra-dimensional source.

No you the fool & to call you one is an insult to other fools. What you have claimed is only partly correct. Hulk remains the mean green even if he does not draw addition mass & strength from an extra-dimensional source. I quote
"Superhuman Strength: The Hulk possesses the capacity for near-limitless physical strength. The gamma radiation that mutated the Hulk's body fortified his cellular structure and added, from some as yet unknown source (possibly via extradimensional mass acquisition), over 800 pounds of bone marrow and tissue to his body. However, each of the "core" Hulk personalities possesses a base strength level."
Hopefully you & icicle have the necessary comprehension to grasp this.
