Hulk can win. If Captain Cold can win, so can Hulk. Only way flash wins is if he speedblitzes off the bat WITH the IMP. That would be it. Also, Hulk has grabbed the Silver Surfer while he was speeding by.. Surfer is faster than Flash. Also, Flash has been tagged by people far slower than Hulk. Just because he's big doesn't mean he isn't fast.

I've never really liked that argument. Hulk has missed people slower than Flash so what does that mean?

It means flash doesn't always win like this forum seems to think. Neither does Hulk, sure, but unless Flash Speed-blitzes with the IMP from the start, he ain't winning. Flash's speed is going to piss Hulk off so bad he's likely to get really mad really quick, which equals death to flash.

Here is my synopsis:

Flash Speedblitzes and uses IMP together, he wins.

If he doesn't, he loses.
