A sin is an offense against the law set by God. Somehow I don't recall it being in the Bible that God has to follow his own laws or he'll go to hell.
And either way, the context in which one isn't supposed to be watching porn is completely different from God's all seeing eye. Shouldn't take too many of your scrambled brains to figure that out.
